Whose victorious flag is always waving in the sky as a flag of religion and victory on the seashore. In the name of Lord Shri Somnath Mahadev, the Education Board was established and the first foundation of the education institution, Jeevan Vikas Education Academy, was laid in the land of Talukdari Hostel in 1975. The work of the Board started in 1964.

Many stars who held the positions of the Gujarat state studied and prepared in Talukdari Hostel. Somnath Education Board, which was a group organization of Kshatriyas of Gujarat. (Talukdari Hostel) They tried to establish an education board in Gujarat by forming a committee of Kshatriyas. The Board aimed to make its institutions a leader in the field of education in the state of Gujarat.

Pujya Shri Natwarsinhji Solanki, President of Gujarat Rajya Kshatriya Sabha and Member of Parliament and worker was elected as the President of Somnath Kelvani Mandal.

Taking his personal interest, he accepted the offer of donation from the donors for the institutions of Kelvani Mandal and took some donations and established the first step of Jeevan Vikas Education Academy in the year 1974. If an educational institution is not established in the Talukdari Hostel, the government itself will seize it and this hostel got protection and its place was maintained.

Today, the Talukdari Hostel of Naliya’s house has gradually become a three-storeyed Matbar Jeevan Vikas Education Academy and the big school of Nadiad Nagar has become one of these and has blossomed like a banyan tree. In which classes from kindergarden to twelth standard are running.

Apart from this, other schools of the Mandal took their place as branches of the Banyan tree of the Mandal. The Mandal schools and hostels, kshetralay etc. were established as mentioned below.
